SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV/AP) -
A company that runs nearly a dozen Iowa nursing homes, including three in Siouxland, has been fined for breaking federal health care program rules.
HCM Management allegedly employed two workers who are barred from working in federally funded facilities.
They'll pay a $200-thousand fine.
HCM runs Casa de Paz Health Care Center in Sioux City, Denison Care Center, and Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull, Iowa.
