UPDATE: Man who rolled pickup on Summit Street had heart attack

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

New information about an accident in Sioux City that sent a pickup truck onto the front yard of a home.

Police say Alan Scott, 63, of Sioux City was driving a pickup truck in the 1900 block of Summit Street when he had a heart attack.

Authorities say he struck a vehicle parked alongside the road, sending it into a third car.

Meanwhile, his truck continued on clipping a utility pole and then flipping over in front of 1817 Summit Street

It happened about 12:30pm on Sunday.

Police say Scott is hospitalized in at Mercy Medical Center where he's in critical, but stable condition.
