Fire investigators are trying to determine what sparked a blaze at a Sioux City home Tuesday afternoon. When crews arrived at the Morningside home, flames were coming through the windows and the roof. Fire officials say no one was home at the time of the fire. They say neighbors were able to rescue one dog, but another didn't make it out. The home is a total loss.
