SIOUX CENTER, Iowa (AP) -

A Sioux Falls, South Dakota woman is accused of stealing a baby from a car parked at the sheriff's office in Sioux County, Iowa.  Authorities say 35-year-old Jamella Lancaster took the 13-month-old child on Saturday and walked around with it for several minutes, refusing to give the baby to the child's grandmother.

Eventually, the child was turned over to a relative unharmed.

Lancaster was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation.  She faces a felony charge of child stealing.
