Hartington couple among three hurt in motorcycle crash

ALGONA, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Hartington, Nebraska couple are among three people injured in the crash of two motorcycles in Algona, Iowa.

Officials say 45-year-old Larry Dickes and his passenger, 42-year-old Tammy Dickes, were stopped, waiting to make a turn when they were rear-ended by another motorcycle on Saturday.

At last report, Tammy Dickes is listed in serious condition at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Larry Dickes is in stable condition at the hospital in Algona.

The driver of the other motorcycle, 29-year-old James Willam Monson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota was released from the hospital Sunday.
