Authorities: Two vehicles collide near Hull, Iowa

NEAR HULL, Iowa (KTIV) -

One person was hurt after a two-vehicle accident near Hull, Iowa around 3:00 p.m. Monday. The Sioux County Sheriff's Department says 49-year-old Gaylen Schneider of Alton was driving south on Goldfinch Avenue when he collided with 45-year-old David Van Ginkel of Rock Valley.

Van Ginkel was traveling east on 300th Street. Schneider was not hurt. Van Ginkel suffered minor injuries, but refused medical treatment. Schneider was cited for failure to yield to vehicle on right.
