Police to hold press conference after children left in cars

Posted:

The Sioux City police department will hold a press conference this afternoon after three separate reports of children being left in cars.

Police say none of them have resulted in serious injury.

However, this is a reminder for people to not leave children unattended in cars.

Police say a child's body temperature raises three to five times faster than adults.

The press conference is slated for 1 p.m. today.

We'll have more, coming on News Four LIVE at Five.
