Stream to add more than 200 jobs in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa

SERGEANT BLUFF, Iowa (KTIV) -

A northwest Iowa call center announces it's adding hundreds of new jobs. 

Stream Global Services is adding more than 200 jobs to its Sergeant Bluff office.

The company says the expansion comes after a new partnership with an unnamed financial service company.

Stream is adding jobs in management, customer service, and gaming.

"What we're doing is supporting consumer questions in the billing arena. So customers call in with questions about their account and we help them," Debbie Nelson, Human Resource Manager for Stream said.

The call center currently employs about 900 people.
