Rare two-faced cat born in Rhode Island

Posted:

A kitten in Rhode Island was born with two faces.

The kitten has four eyes, two noses, two ears and two mouths that go into one throat.   Veterinarians think the kitty, named Gemini, could be a case of conjoined twins that never separated properly embryonically.

His owners say they are working with the local humane society to make sure the kitten is healthy.
