Sioux City teen charged with vehicular homicide

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Sioux City teen faces charges six months after a fatal crash that killed one teen, and injured four others.

18-year-old Oscar Ramirez faces charges of vehicular homicide and drunk driving.

In the early morning hours of January 30th, Ramirez was driving an SUV south on Carroll Avenue when it went into a ditch and rolled several times. The force of the crash threw 18-year-old Nino Segura out of the SUV. He died at the scene.
