Vilsack trails King in fundraising

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -

Democrat Christie Vilsack has released her latest fundraising numbers. And, new reports show she's trailing her opponent, Republican congressman Steve King.

In the second quarter, Vilsack says she raised about $520,000. She has about $850,000 in cash, on hand. During the same reporting period, King raised $850,000 and has $1.2 million in cash, on hand.
