SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Sioux City police have turned the case of a weekend shooting incident over to the Woodbury County Attorney's Office to decide what charges will be filed.  Police say one male suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound during a disturbance shortly before 2:00 a.m. Sunday in the 12-hundred block of Historic 4th Street.

The police department says the incident involved a small group of individuals who know each other.  The wounded person was taken to Mercy Medical Center.

The names of those involved and other details have not been released.
