MRHD vote on Argosy extension Monday

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

We could get more information Monday about the Argosy casino's future.

Missouri River Historical Development, Argosy's nonprofit license holder, has it's regular meeting Monday night.

During it, the group is expected to vote on an extension of the contract with current operator Penn National, or if they want to reach out to other casinos. If the two can't work things out, the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission says the Argosy could close.
