Sioux City Westside wins state Little League title

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) -- -

Sioux City Westside won the state Little League title on Thursday, beating Raccoon Valley of Des Moines, 10-7, in the 11-12 year old final at Pulaski Park.

Westside will now advance to regional play in Indianapolis starting Thursday, August 2nd.

Sioux City Headid lost the 9-10 year old championship game, 14-11, to Boone.
