Sioux City's offense was quiet again, as the Explorers struggled to find timely hits in a 4-1 loss to Lincoln.
The X's have been outscored 27-10 over their past six games. They stranded eight runners in the loss on Saturday.
Kris Sanchez recorded the lone RBI for Sioux City with a fielder's choice in the first to give put the X's up 1-0.
Still a 1-0 ball game heading into the bottom of the fourth, the Saltdogs finally got to starter Jason Jarvis.
Lincoln scored four runs in the frame, highlighted by Matt Forgatch's two-run single.
Despite pitching all eight innings, Jarvis took the loss and drops to 4-8 on the season.
Sioux City and Lincoln will hit the diamond for the final time this season on Sunday.
