A weekend accident, near Sioux Falls, has injured three Sioux Cityans including a two-year-old child.

It happened about 11-miles south of Sioux Falls at the Worthing exit on Interstate 29 at about 7:00pm Saturday night.

Investigators say 26-year-old Tiffany Moore was trying to pass a vehicle ahead of her. She had moved partway into the passing lane when she saw a vehicle beside her. Investigators say Moore moved her vehicle sharply to the right to avoid a collision.

Her SUV left the roadway, and rolled down an embankment. Moore suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash. A 2-year-old child was also hurt. Uriah Moore was thrown from the SUV by the force of the crash. Also hurt was 25-year-old Scott Moore, of Sioux City.
