Southeast SD murder suspect wants trial moved

TYNDALL, S.D. (AP) -

South Dakota man accused of killing his infant son wants his trial moved out of Bon Homme County.
   Chris Miller, of Scotland, has pleaded not guilty to shaking and beating 4-month-old Jacob to death in March 2011. He is scheduled for trial beginning Oct. 29 in Tyndall. The Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan newspaper reports that a hearing on his change-of-venue request is set for Aug. 22.
   Miller could face life in prison if convicted.
