Erin Webber-Dreeszen addresses volunteer needs at City Hall on August 1st.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
A popular Labor Day event is gearing up to splash its way back to Grandview Park.
The Sioux City Art Center is preparing staff and volunteers alike for this year's ArtSplash.
The weekend event will take place Friday, Aug. 31st until Sunday, Sept. 2nd.
Each year, the Art Center needs the help of at least 350 volunteers to make the Grandview Park event a success.
"We've had a great response this year. And I really think that the return to Grandview Park was important to a lot of people, especially on that North side of town," Erin Webber-Dreeszen, Development Associate for the Art Center said.
