ONAWA, Iowa (KTIV) -
A Siouxland man, who's accused of arranging to have someone shoot him twice has made a deal with prosecutors.
Court documents say 33-year-old Darren Hieber will plead guilty to one charge of conspiracy, and two counts of solicitation, for the shootings. Five other charges will be dropped.
Hieber is accused of persuading Brady Chapman to shoot him in the leg at Hieber's trucking business in Onawa, back in February.
Hieber also is accused of hiring Joseph Roberts and Timothy Culley to shoot at him on March 8th, in Mapleton.
Hieber will serve up to 10-years in prison for all three convictions.
