A Sioux City man is in serious condition after being hit on his motorcycle.

Police say 46 year old Rogelio Lozano was driving through the intersection of Morningside Avenue when a car turned left in front of him.

He was transported to the hospital.

Because Lozano had a green light, the driver of the car, a 16-year old male was cited for failure to yield.
