The
contest will be conducted on 08/25/2012 and
08/27/2012. Drawing on Tuesday, August 28th at NOON.
Contest
registration will be conducted by texting TICKET to 82942 which enters contestants in a random drawing. Standard
text message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel. HELP for help. All
mobile entrants are automatically subscribed to the KTIV Mobile
Rewards Club. Club members may receive up to four messages per month. To
unsubscribe, users may text STOP to 82942 at any time.
Alternate
entry is available via the contest link under the community tab at ktiv.com.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be age 18
or older. Name, address, city, state, zip code and daytime phone number must be
included with entry. The Grand Prize winner may not be from outside the KTIV
service area (Sioux City Television DMA). Employees, immediate family members
of employees or household members of employees of KTIV, or participating
sponsors are not eligible to win.

1 Prize winner will be determined from
all text entries at NOON on Tuesday,
August 28th 2012.
GRAND PRIZES:
- One winner
receives 4 tickets, to the September 2nd , 6:05pm game and a 20th
Anniversary Glass, total value of $63.
ODDS OF
WINNING:
Odds
of winning are determined by the total number of entries.
CONDITIONS OF
PARTICIPATION:
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless KTIV
and participating sponsors and their affiliates, advertising and promotion
agencies, printing suppliers, and prize suppliers from damages arising out of
the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prizes received in this
contest. Participants are solely responsible for timely receipt of entries. No
responsibility is assumed by sponsors or their agencies for lost, misdirected
or postage-due entries or mail. No substitution of prizes permitted. No
transfer of prizes except at the discretion of the sponsors. Any taxes and
expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. All entries
become the property of KTIV and will not be returned. By participating,
entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules of KTIV; and b) if a winner, the use of
their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without
compensation. KTIV and participating sponsors and their agencies are not liable
for printer errors. KTIV and local participating sponsors reserve the right to
terminate this contest at any time
