Iowa Lakes gets ag equipment donation for hands-on learning

EMMETSBURG, Iowa (KTIV) -

Students at Iowa Lakes Community College will get on-the-job training thanks to a special donation.

This FAST sprayer was donated to Iowa Lakes from FAST Manufacturing.  Students can practice on the sprayer and focus on safety as they learn about the technology.  It's all part of the Iowa Lakes Farm Lab Benefits project.


Students learn from ag experts how to plant and harvest crops at the school's Farm Lab near Emmetsburg, Iowa.
