Clay County Fair to salute America's veterans

SPENCER, Iowa (KTIV) -

Monday's highlights at Clay County Fair in Spencer, Iowa include a salute to America's veterans. Several events will take place honoring our men and women in uniform, including a Parade of Honor, Veterans Recognition & Appreciation Ceremony, a "Salute to the Flag" Program, a presentation on the Korean War and a program on the war in Afghanistan.

There will also be a tribute to America's Veterans during the grandstand concert by the Oak Ridge Boys with Jimmy Fortune of the Statler Brothers.

That's at 7:30pm and fair officials said there are still lots of great seats available.
