UPDATE: Man killed in rollover accident near Sibley, IA

A Minnesota man is dead and several others hurt after an accident on Highway 60 south of Sibley, Iowa.

Authorities say the driver was confused about directions and went the wrong way on the ramp. Investigators say the driver missed a curve, and the vehicle rolled.

There were five people in the car... all from Minnesota. Authorities say only one was wearing a seatbelt, so some were thrown from the vehicle.

The Iowa State Patrol says the front seat passenger, 29-year-old Nicholas Carlson of Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two men were airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital. Two others were treated at the Osceola Community Hospital and released.
