Gov. Chris Christie to speak at King fundraiser in Sioux City

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Fresh off his prime-time speaking slot at the Republican National Convention, Chris Christie will campaign for western Iowa congressman Steve King in Sioux City.

The New Jersey governor will keynote King's "Defenders of Freedom" luncheon on September 20th.

The fundraiser will be held at Bev's on the River from noon to 1:30.

Christie also headlined a fundraiser for King in the summer of 2011.
