NORFOLK, Neb. (AP) -

A Norfolk, Nebraska man has been arrested after police say he attacked a woman and a child with a vacuum cleaner.  Police Chief Bill Mizner said 34-year-old Marvin Wallace was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and child abuse.

A woman told police that late Saturday night Wallace pulled her wig and hair extensions from her head, then hit her in the face with a vacuum cleaner.  She says Wallace swung the vacuum again, hitting her and her 6-year-old child in the arm.
