In Kansas City, officials are searching a car after a man walked into a Kansas City government building Friday and said he was a terrorist.

Police took the man into custody and sent a bomb sniffing dog to the vehicle.

And it detected the presence of some sort of explosives in it.

Police are using a remote-control robot to search the car located in the parking lot.
