SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
Two men face a terrorism charge after police say they shot at a home on Sioux City's west side Sunday evening.
According to court documents, 20-year-old Melvin Spencer drove up to a home at 1612 West 17th Street and fired a .357 Magnum.
Documents show during the shooting, three people were outside the home, three others were inside, including two small children.
Court documents say after the first shot, everyone went inside. That's when Spencer left, turned the vehicle around, and came back. Then, documents say, Spencer's passenger, 24-year-old Patrick Craft fired another shot at the home. No one was injured in either shooting.
Officials say the men were later apprehended at 921 Jennings Street; two miles from the original incident. Both men are charged with terrorism. Craft is also charged with having an open container.
