SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Sioux City leaders signed off on a development agreement with Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools in Sioux City Monday night, which paves the way for future road work around their new high school.

The agreement specifies that the city will reconstruct 13th Street at a cost of $1.2 million.

The school district will be required to terminate the use of 11th Street between Grandview Boulevard and Douglas Street when the existing school building is torn down.
