Trial date set for Siouxland man accused of sexually abusing teenage girl

Cory Wernimont is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at least four times in one night.

STORM LAKE, Iowa -

A northwest Iowa man, who's facing dozens of counts of sexual abuse, says he's "not guilty."

36-year-old Cory Wernimont made that plea before a judge, last week. His trial date is set for Nov. 27th.

Wernimont is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at least four times in one night at his Rembrandt, Iowa, home. He's also accused of sexually assaulted another girl over "an extended period of time."
