Tailgate party to benefit Boys and Girls Home

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Football season is tailgate season. A Siouxland non-profit is making the most of it and hoping you'll tailgate with them.

An event called Tailgating for Our Kids benefits the Boys and Girls Home and Family Services.

It'll be held Friday, October 12th at the Marina Center in South Sioux City, Nebraska.

The event starts at 6:30pm and includes four courses of tailgating food and desserts, even fried twinkies with Raspberry Coulis.

Those who come are invited to wear their favorite jersey or team colors.
