UPDATE: Officials believe they know driver in suspected hit & run

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Police say they believe they know who the driver was that allegedly hit a man crossing a Sioux City street this weekend.

22-year-old Lance Knutson was struck as he crossed Floyd Boulevard around 1:15 Saturday morning. Knutson was found lying in the street breathing but unconscious. A Chevy Blazer, registered to Victoria Ernst of Sioux City was found later.

However, she has not been identified as the driver. The person they do believe caused the accident, has not been charged at this point.
