SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
To help us make the most of our grill before we put it away for the season, Adam Jeppeson, a meat expert for Fareway Foods is showing how to make pork chops on a stick.
It's this week's Centsable Health.
When tailgating you want food that's fun and tastes delicious. But you also want finger food that's easy to make.
First, Adam says to ask the meat counter to give you bone-in pork chops. The bone is what makes these chops easier to eat at a tailgate.
Dip the pork chop in egg wash and rub on dried onion soup mix or soak in marinade overnight before grilling.
Grill the chops until the meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
