NEAR ONAWA, Iowa (KTIV) -
A casino closed by flooding along the Missouri River back in June 2011, will re-open by the end of the year.
When CasinOmaha was shut down last summer it put about 300 people out of work.
Massive amounts of mold and ground water damage has kept the doors closed.
Now, Omaha Tribal officials say it will open with a new look and a new name.
It will be operated under the name of Blackbird Bend Casino.
Construction is expected to start next week with doors opening late December.
