SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
Children's Miracle Network has also
helped nine-year-old Chloe McClure.
When Chloe was just a week old she
was diagnosed with congenital heart defects. Her first six months were spent in
and out of hospitals.
She's had five heart surgeries to
fix valves, as well as several holes in her organ.
Her father,
Josh McClure, says the Miracle Network has helped every step of the way.
"They've helped out with gas cards, with money for food for all the travel we have to do. For her last surgery, they were able to help us get a hotel right across from the hospital from her so we could stay by her side as much as we needed to be," said McClure.
McClure says Chloe is doing well. He says she'll have at least two more heart surgeries as she grows into her teens.
