Sioux City fire crews fight a grass fire on the northside

Sioux City fire fighters were called to the bluff along Floyd Boulevard.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Sioux City fire crews are fighting a grass fire on the northside Monday afternoon.

Sioux City fire fighters were called to the bluff along Floyd Boulevard between 28th and 29th street.

They found grass and trees on fire and crews and are using smaller trucks to fight it.

Firefighters are too busy fighting the flames to tell us much about the fire.

We'll have more details when they become available.
