A 10-year-old girl is hurt after a two car accident near Dickens, Iowa.
It happened on 340th Street and 290th Avenue around five on Tuesday evening.
Clay County Sheriff's Department officials say 20-year-old Calvin Pomeroy of Ruthven ran a stop sign and hit mini-van with three people in it.
Two people inside the van were hurt.
Authorities say 30-year-old Jennifer Mills had minor injuries and a girl was flown to a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital with incapacitating injuries.
Pomeroy is charged with failure to stop and driving with a suspended license.
