Celebrating women at Mercy's Women's Night Out

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

It was a night that was all about the ladies at the Sioux City Convention Center. Mercy held its annual Women's Night Out.

Women had the chance to shop at dozens of booths representing businesses owned by women. Of course, there's good food, fun, and plenty of laughter.

"We make sure everybody around us is happy, is well taken care of, we're empathic, we're compassionate, we're nurturing, and sometimes, we need to get together and make trouble, laugh out loud, eat everything we want," said Gina Barreca, speaker.

This is Gina's second trip to Mercy's Women's Night Out. Over 1800 tickets were sold for Thursday night's event.
