A Sioux City man accused of attempted murder will be back in court in late October.
22-year-old Terry Oliver will have his plea sentencing on October 29th.
Oliver is accused shooting at two bicyclists at Stone State Park in August.
When officials responded, they caught two men in a forest near the Big Sioux River.
The other man, 20-year-old Cesar Gonzalez, is in Plymouth County Jail as a material witness.
