Sioux City ready to sell to Pizza Ranch owners

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Sioux City is moving ahead with a northside retail park.

On Monday, council members will be asked to sign off on the sale of land in the Northern Valley development across from the Floyd Boulevard Wal-Mart.

Pizza Ranch hopes to have a restaurant open by next June. The city says other retail companies are getting close to signing on as well.

Also on Monday's agenda: hiring a contractor to design a road through the development.
