The third and final presidential debate will be held Monday night in Boca Raton, Florida and the focus is foreign policy. This one will look different. The candidates will be seated with no notes or props as they discuss America's role in the world. There will be lots to talk about, including new violence in Libya and Lebanon, unrest in Syria, and the White House, denying reports of nuclear talks with Iran.
Mitt Romney first brought his campaign to Siouxland in September. Busy preparing for Monday night's last presidential debate, the Republican handed over the job of rallying voters to his running mate, Paul Ryan. After starting the day in Council Bluffs, the Wisconsin Congressman spoke to voters in Sioux City. As hundreds lined up inside Bev's on the River, many more waited outside for the Republican hopeful to take the stage.
President Barack Obama's supporters were quick to respond to Ryan's remarks. Three politicians spoke at the local Democratic headquarters, saying Mitt Romney doesn't relate well to most Americans, especially veterans. One of the speakers was the mayor of Somerville, Massachusetts, who worked alongside Romney while he was governor. He says he's changing his vote because he believes Obama is giving everyone an opportunity to succeed.
