Authorities release the name of a man who drowned on West Lake Okoboji over the weekend.

The Dickinson County Sheriff's department says 30-year-old Andrew Goll of Des Moines, Iowa was working on a dock in the 16000 block of North Inner Lane around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
