Millard North beat Norfolk 62-7 in Friday's Class A football first-round playoff game.

Nebraska's top-ranked team, Millard North, beat Norfolk 62-7 in Friday's Class A football first-round playoff game at Buell Stadium.
Norfolk quarterback Taylor Reedy threw four interceptions in the first half. The second interceptions was returned for a touchdown by Mustang linebacker Nick DeLuca. Millard North led 34-7 at halftime.
The Panthers (4-6) were without Reedy and running back Hayden Johnson for the second half after they were injured. Norfolk's touchdown, a 13-yard run by Johnson, came on a 69-yard drive on the Panthers' opening possession to tie the game at 7-7.
Millard North will play again next Friday in round two of the playoffs.
Norfolk's last playoff win came in 2009. The Panthers also lost to Millard North in their last playoff appearance two years ago, 42-10.
