SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

An inmate who walked away from Sioux City's Residential Treatment Facility is back behind bars.

28-year-old Justin Miller was arrested Tuesday night by U.S. Marshals and taken to the Woodbury County Jail.

Miller had been missing since October 12th when he did not return from a work release.

He was serving time after pleading guilty to the 2007 assault of a 14-year old boy at a Sioux City bus stop.
