Boil order lifted in Dakota City

DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -

A boil order has been lifted for people living in Dakota City, Nebraska and those who get their water from Dakota County Rural Water.

Health officials say the water is now safe again to drink.

Officials were able to resume normal treatment processes at the water treatment plant.

There are no longer potential health risk related to the drinking water.
