A Kansas man has been arrested in northwest Iowa on charges of sexually assaulting a child

STORM LAKE, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Kansas man has been arrested in northwest Iowa on charges of sexually assaulting a child in Kansas.

20-year-old Frank Bandomo was arrested by Buena Vista County Sheriff's officials and Storm Lake Police acting on a warrant.

They found Bandomo in a Storm Lake parking lot.

He is charged with rape of a child under 14 years of age and aggravated criminal sodomy with a child under age 14.

He's being held in the Buena Vista County jail on a quarter-million dollar bond pending extradition to Kansas.
