SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
A Sioux City man accused of shooting at two bicyclists must serve jail time.
Terry Oliver Jr., 23, pleaded guilty in Le Mars, Iowa, to two counts of misdemeanor assault with a firearm and Operating While Intoxicated.
He was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Oliver was accused of firing several rounds at two bicyclists as he drove past them on Iowa Highway 12 near Stone State Park in August.
The cyclists weren't hurt.
