Walmart is kicking off its "Black Friday" deal a day early on Thanksgiving Day

Walmart, the world's largest retailer says the deals will kick into high gear at 8 p.m., and new offers will be introduced at 10 p.m. followed by more discounts on Black Friday at 5 a.m.

The store says the new hours are in response to customers who want to shop early so they can hit the sack after eating all that turkey.

Thanksgiving is two weeks from Thursday.
