"Got to give credit to Solon because they kept in their system. They got the ball to their middles in transition and that really hurt us because we couldn't stop their middles."

The Spartans face top-ranked Charles City in the Class 4A championship match at noon Saturday. Solon will enter the championship match with a 33-4 record.
