A grand jury has indicted three Siouxland men on charges of child pornography in separate cases
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
An indictment alleges 41-year-old Gary Brummel of Hull, Iowa distributed, received, and possessed child pornography between 2006 and 2012.
If convicted on all charges he could face a possible maximum sentence of 50 years behind bars.
47-years-old Jeffrey Huygens, of Sioux City, has been indicted on child pornography charges.
The indictment alleges that-- between 2002 and 2012-- Huygens distributed, received, and possessed child pornography after having been convicted of two counts of child molestation in Washington State back in 1990.
If convicted on all charges he could face a maximum sentence of 120 years behind bars.
Also indicted, 56-year-old Michael Pedersen of Sioux City.
Officials believe Pedersen received and possessed child pornography between 2009 and 2012.
If convicted of the charges he could face a maximum sentence of 50 years behind bars.
